Birthday Parties

When you book a birthday party with us at Kurri Kurri Aquatic and Fitness Centre the only thing you need to do is send the invitations and bring the kids. We will organise everything and even clean up all the mess so you can enjoy a stress-free party with your children.

We offer an Inflatable Package (including food) and a Food only Package available. Our party hosts will run the day for you, including set up, equipment and pack up.

We strive to give the kids a party experience that will keep them talking about it for days to come. Inflatable Pool Parties suitable for ages 6 years and over, Food only Parties available for all ages.

We have birthday packages to suit all budgets – choose from catered options or BYO food. We have a BBQ available that requires a gold coin for operation.

Catered Parties

Have all the hassle removed from your party with a range of menu options for catering in addition to a reserved table, seating and access to our aquatic facilities for your group.

  • Menu – Hot Chips, Nuggets, Sausage Rolls, Party Pie, Cordial and Water.

Inflatable Parties

Looking for extra fun for your Pool Party? Add our In Water Inflatable to your package. The kids will love our giant pool inflatable, packed with climbing, sliding, and splashing excitement. Perfect for birthdays.

Party Information

Party inclusions / times 1 hour of inflatable with parental seating provided in an allocated party zone poolside followed by 1 hour of table hire. Guests are welcome to stick around afterwards but must vacate the table area.

Saturday & Sunday

2-hour sessions from 1pm-3pm.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 participants are required for all parties, maximum of 24. 
  • All participants must be 6 years or older and confident in the water (Inflatable option)
  • Please be aware there is an age requirement for the Inflatable.
  • Please ensure you and party guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the party start time.
  • No swimming aids are to be used on the Inflatable
  • All users of Inflatable are subject to a swim test conducted by Lifeguards before being allowed to use the Inflatable
  • Lifeguards are permitted to refuse use of Inflatable for not passing the swim test or repeated unsafe behavior whilst on the Inflatable

Fees

  • $35 per child (Inflatable) or $25 per child (Food package)
  • $100 deposit (non-refundable) and full payment prior to commencement of the party is required.
  • You will be contacted in the week prior to you party to confirm total number of guests attending, menu option and any allergy requirements.
  • Booking must be made 14 days in advance and are subject to availability
