Group Exercise

If you love music, exercising with others and having a blast while you blast calories then you must do group exercise classes. We have both Dryland fitness classes which include - Pilates and Stretch,  Smooth Movers, Boot Camp and Lean Teen to name a few. Or for a more low impact excercise class we have Aqua Aerobics -  there is absolutely something for everybody!
